Join us for the third annual Guelph Yoga and Wellness Festival! This one-day event features a variety of yoga and mind-body classes, along with onsite health services and an exhibit showcasing wellness products from local businesses.

The event features a variety of opportunities to indulge in self-care, with the option to participate in an initiative to give back to others - we have partnered with Hospice Wellington to include a charity raffle as part of the event where 100% of raffle ticket proceeds are donated to help support individuals and families in our community with compassionate palliative care. We have donated a combined $4,500 over the past two years and our goal this year is to raise $3,000.
