Join us for a winter Tree ID session like no other! Most winter tree ID walks focus on identification characteristics of common trees however, this session will take a look at the distinguishing features of some of Ontario's rarest species. Come out for an unconventional glimpse at some provincial gems, and learn how you can help identify and report any provincial woody species-at- risk.
We will meet at 2:00 pm at the University of Guelph Arboretum Centre Parking Lot. Friendly dogs are welcome but must be ON LEASH.
Other notes (terrain, cost, things to bring, etc.):
-Tour will include lots of walking on varied terrain.
-Dress for the weather!
Nature Guelph events are open to non-members and everyone is welcome!
