Our Service Mandate

We strive to effectively serve people needing assistance by delivering high quality programmes and services in collaboration with our community partners, in accordance with the provincial Ontario Works programme.

Office Locations

Ontario Works services are delivered from three office locations. Our office at 129 Wyndham St in downtown Guelph provides income assistance to clients who reside in the City of Guelph as well as the municipalities of Guelph-Eramosa, Puslinch and Erin. Our Social Services office at 321 St.Andrew Street West in Fergus delivers Ontario Works services to clients who reside in Centre Wellington, Mapleton, Minto and Wellington North.
