Heat and humidity never seem to go out of style in Waterloo region and the surrounding area — and this week is no exception.

Hot weather could persist as late as Wednesday in the region, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada. The national weather agency says the region can expect daytime highs ranging from 30 to 35 C with the humidex between 35 and 40.
