CBC NewsInvestigators have arrested a woman in connection to an incident from 2023 where a man was found dead in a sedan parked along the road.
Wellington County OPP said Juan David Escobar Ortiz, 32, was from Kitchener.
They said he was found dead in the sedan on September 8, 2023 along Wellington Road 43.
OPP have arrested a 25-year-old woman from Durham, Ont. They found her at an address in Kitchener on Wednesday.
She has been charged with indignity to a dead body and theft under $5,000.
