Morning Kitchener GO trains cancelled, Metrolinx says
CBC NewsGO Transit is reporting a person has been struck by a train west of Guelph Central GO station.
Metrolinx said the train had left the Kitchener GO station at 7:09 a.m. ET. It was scheduled to arrive at Union Station at 8:47 a.m.
"The area is in the hands of emergency personnel," said a statement from Metrolinx.
Trains cannot move through the area until the investigation is complete.
