Up to 5 cm of snowfall is expected throughout Thursday
CBC NewsSeveral schools in Wellington county have been closed Thursday because of icy weather.
The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) says the closures are only for schools located in zones two to four, which includes Centre Wellington, North Wellington, Erin, Rockwood and Dufferin.
The UGDSB says schools will remain open in zone one, which includes South Wellington, Guelph and Puslinch.
The school board says students will shift to remote learning where possible.
