The Ontario government is considering changing the standards for its billion-dollar housing fund, but some municipal leaders say it still doesn't do enough to tackle the housing crisis.

The Building Faster Fund is a three-year, $1.2-billion fund aimed at rewarding municipalities who build new homes. However dozens of municipalities, including Waterloo, didn't qualify last year.
