Wildlife rescue part of the job for Guelph Humane Society

The Guelph Humane Society described him in social media posts as “one lucky beaver,” but in the end, he wasn’t all that lucky.

The injured animal, which came into the local shelter on Dec. 27 after being reported by a concerned citizen, has since been euthanized, said GHS associate director Lisa Veit.
